Common questions
Do you deliver bikes and camping gear to hotels?
Yes. We deliver to hotels and houseboats across Srinagar, and to Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonmarg for a distance-based fee. You can also collect from our Srinagar hub at no charge.
Can I rent a bike and camping gear together?
Yes, and it is the most common booking we take. Renting both together is simpler than sourcing them separately, and we bundle the gear to the bike so everything is ready at collection.
What documents do I need to rent a bike in Kashmir?
A valid driving licence carrying the correct motorcycle class, one government photo ID, and a refundable security deposit. Foreign visitors also need an International Driving Permit and their passport.
How far in advance should I book?
During the summer season, May to September, book at least a week ahead — the fleet runs close to full. Outside peak season a day or two is usually enough.
Do you rent ski and snowboard gear in winter?
Yes, for the Gulmarg winter season. Skis, boards, boots and cold-weather layers are available from December through February.
